Day Event - Self-esteem

# # # A day event including yoga, experiential work, meditation, deep relaxation and psycho-education, taking place at Dalston Clay in Dalston.

“To trust one’s mind and to know that one is worthy of happiness is the essence of self-esteem.” – Nathaniel Branden, The Psychology of self-esteem, 1969

On Sunday August 6th, we will be facilitating another city day event. This will include all the therapeutic aspects of a Resurface event into a day of creativity, self-discovery and self-care.

This day will focus on the concept of self-esteem: defining what it means and how to improve it.

The event will include yoga facilitated by Kristine, meditation, experiential work and deep relaxation with Barnaby, and pscho-education and experiential group work with Josh.

We encourage you to eat together but if you would prefer to eat elsewhere please do bring your own lunch or check out the many other places to eat in Dalston.

We have all yoga equipment but if you wish to bring your own mat please do so.

Dress for yoga/meditation in the morning. For the experiential we will use clay which doesn't stain so feel free to dress as you wish.

There is a consultation room and toilets in which to change.
